Who's responsible for your data
This site and the LeadSave waitlist are operated by LeadSave. For anything to do with your data, use the contact or unsubscribe link included in any email we send you.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address and business type you enter, plus the time you signed up. That's it — no tracking scripts, no analytics cookies, no data collected beyond what you type into the form.
Why we collect it
Solely to let you know when early access opens and to occasionally update you on LeadSave's progress. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Who we share it with
Your email and business type are stored with MailerLite, an email service provider based in the EU, which we use to manage the waitlist and send updates. MailerLite processes this data on our behalf and doesn't use it for its own purposes. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or the waitlist closes and early access opens, whichever comes first. If you become an active customer, a separate agreement covers data handling for the live product at that point.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold on you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data entirely
- Restrict or object to how it's used
- Send you a copy in a portable format
Use the contact or unsubscribe link in any email we send you for any of the above — we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission if you think we've gotten something wrong.
Cookies
This page doesn't use cookies or any tracking technology.
The AI product itself
This privacy policy covers the waitlist. Once LeadSave is live, it sends automated text replies to missed calls on a business's behalf. Every conversation discloses upfront that you're talking to an AI assistant, in line with EU AI Act transparency requirements — that's a rule we follow in the product itself, not just here.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top will change and, where it affects you meaningfully, we'll let you know by email.
